  • DHL EXPRESS is DOORSTEP DELIVERY
  • GIG LOGISTICS is PICKUP at the nearest office in your city (Indicate Pickup office during checkout)
  • ABC CARGO is PICKUP at the nearest office in your city (Indicate Pickup office during checkout)

For Delivery within Nigeria, we use GIG, ABC and DHL EXPRESS
For INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, we only use DHL EXPRESS

Please ensure you read your shipping information and correct any errors before placing an order.
We will not be liable for any loss resulting from errors from clients.
We cannot recall parcels after it has been dispatched or picked up.

Always select the right location associated with your address, eg. If you stay in IKORODU, DO NOT select central Mainland as Ikorodu does not fall under this category.

In the case of errors from a client,

  • Change of Address or Phone Number cost 3,000 Naira for Lagos delivery
  • Change of Address or Phone Number cost 10,000 Naira for Shipments within Nigeria
  • Change of Address OR Phone Number cost 20,000 Naira for International Shipments

Sparklebelle reserves the right to dispose of any parcel that has not been claimed or dispatched within 12 weeks from the time of purchase.

Sparklebelle Home of Beauty will not be held liable for any issues that will arise from errors due to mistakes or wrong input of delivery information.

Shipping Policies for Regular Orders 

Please note that payment processing / confirmation takes between 12 to 48 hours after your order is placed and payment has been made 

This is for payments made via bank transfer

Payment made via FLUTTERWAVE and PAYSTACK are automatically confirmed

Weekends and Public Holidays are not considered working days

TIME FRAME FOR CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING IS NOT THE SAME

Please note the following timelines; 

  • For Shipment within Lagos, your parcel will take 5 working days to arrive at your doorstep or point of delivery
  • For Shipments within Nigeria (states outside Lagos) , your parcel will take 7 working days to arrive at your doorstep or point of delivery  
  • For International Shipments (outside Nigeria), your parcel will take 9 to 14 working days to arrive at your doorstep or point of delivery

Please take note of this time frame and put it into consideration when placing orders.

Kindly cross check your delivery details including contact number, address, Apartment number  before proceeding with your order as details cannot be edited and customer bears responsibility for any errors

Because of the HIGH VOLUME of orders received during discount sale 

• Shipment within Lagos will take 12 working days  to arrive at your doorstep or point of delivery

• For Shipments within Nigeria, your parcel will take 14 working days to arrive at your doorstep or point of delivery

• For International Shipments (outside Nigeria), your parcel will take 16 working days to arrive at your doorstep or point of delivery
