INSTRUCTIONS

When you receive your wrap, please remove it from nylon immediately and keep in an airy, dry place

HOW TO USE

Wash one wrap with hot water, rinse well and put it in a pot

Add 3 litres of drinking water and set on fire

You can measure 3 litres by using 2 Big Eva Bottled Water (each bottle is 1.5 Litres)

Boil for 20mins – 25 Mins till the tea is brewed and water dark in colour

You can decide to filter and put the tea in a jar which you can refrigerate.

Just warm it whenever you want to take it.

Take a full cup 1st thing in the morning or

Last thing at night.

Take it hot but not tongue peeling hot.

The wrap that has been cooked can be reused for 4 different cooking till the tea completely comes off
